International Young Scholars Forum on Communication and Information Engineering, Shanghai University 

信息通信技术产业是构建国家信息基础设施,提供网络和信息服务,全面支撑经济社会发展的战略性、基础性和先导性产业。为了推动信息通信技术的学术交流和学科发展,聚焦信息通信领域的前沿成果和发展趋势,研讨学术界与工业界科研热点与关键技术问题,定于2022年11月19日通过线上线下结合的方式召开“8883新莆京老版本下载通信与信息工程国际青年学者论坛”。本次论坛由8883新莆京老版本下载主办,8883新莆京老版本下载通信与信息工程学院承办,热忱欢迎海内外信息通信领域的青年学者莅临。

Information and communication technology industry is a strategic, fundamental and leading industry that builds national information infrastructure, provides network and information services, and comprehensively supports economic and society development. Shanghai University International Young Scholars Forum on Communication and Information Engineering will be held online and offline on November 19, 2022, to promote the academic communication and subject development of information and communication technology, focus on the cutting-edge achievements and development trends in the information and communication field, and discuss research focuses and key technical issues in academia and industry. This forum is hosted by Shanghai University and undertaken by the School of Communication and Information Engineering. Young scholars in the Chinese mainland and abroad working at the field of information and communication are all sincerely welcomed.

About the School

8883新莆京老版本下载是上海市属、国家“211工程”重点建设的综合性大学,是教育部与上海市人民政府共建高校,上海市首批高水平地方高校建设试点,国家一流学科建设高校。

通信与信息工程学院是通信、电子、信息领域人才培养和科学研究的重要基地。学院由通信工程系、电子信息工程系、8883新莆京老版本下载光纤研究所和上海电子物理研究所组成。目前学院有国家级人才11名、省级人才39名。学院拥有上海市特种光纤与光接入网重点实验室、上海先进光波导智能制造与测试专业技术服务平台、省部共建教育部重点实验室、省部共建国家重点实验室培育基地、教育部国际合作联合实验室、科技部学科创新引智基地等重要平台基地。

学院瞄准新一代信息通信技术领域国际前沿研究,围绕国家重大需求,锐力进取,进一步使学院成为国家通信和信息技术应用基础研究基地、高新技术研发基地和高层次人才培养基地。

Being involved in the national “Project 211”, SHU, a municipal university, is jointly constructed by the Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipal People’s Government. SHU is in the line of the first batch of pilot projects of high-level university construction in Shanghai and being one of the national first-class discipline construction universities.

School of Communication and Information Engineering is an important base for education and scientific research in the fields of communication, electronics and information. The school involves the Department of Communication Engineering, the Department of Electronic Information Engineering, the Optical Fiber Research Institute of SHU, and the Shanghai Institute of Electronic Physics. At present, 11 national-level talent researchers and 39 provincial-level talent researchers are working here. The school owns Shanghai Key Laboratory of Specialty Fiber Optics and Optical Access Networks, Shanghai Advanced Optical Waveguide Intelligent Manufacturing and Testing Professional Technical Service Platform, provincial and ministry co-construction of key laboratory of the Ministry of Education, province of state key laboratory cultivation base construction, the base under the “Overseas Expertise Introduction Project for Discipline Innovation” (111Project), etc.

Our school is focusing on the researches at the international frontier, serving the country construction strategy, making the school a nationally-renowned base on the application/fundamental researches about communication and information technology, high-tech R&D researches and high-level talent trainings.

Subforum

会议报告的内容围绕(但不限于)以下主题:

1)特种光纤及先进光子技术

新型光纤及光纤光子技术、光纤传感技术、激光技术与应用、宽带光放大及光纤通信、微纳光电子器件与系统、量子及能源光子学等。

2)先进宽带通信技术

先进光通信技术、光网络系统、宽带无线通信、6G、天线与射频技术、太赫兹、信号与信息处理、空天地海通信等。

3)视觉智能计算与安全

沉浸式视觉智能处理、可视媒体智能分析、机器视觉与人工智能、智能模型保护与管理、多媒体内容安全等。

The topics of the forum will be (but not limited to) as follows:

Topic 1: Special Optical Fiber and Advanced Photonic Technology(including new optical fiber and optical fiber photonics technology, optical fiber sensing technology, laser technology and application, broadband optical amplification and optical fiber communication, micro/nano optoelectronic devices and optical communication systems, quantum and energy photonics, etc.)

Topic 2: Advanced Broadband Communication Technology(including advanced optical communication technology, optical network system, broadband wireless communication, 6G, antenna and radio frequency technology, terahertz, signal and information processing, air-space-earth-sea communication, etc.)

Topic 3: Visual Intelligent Computing and Security(including immersive visual intelligent processing,visual media intelligent analysis, machine vision and artificial intelligence, intelligent model protection and management, multimedia content security, etc.)

本次论坛诚邀海内外信息与通信工程、电子科学与技术等相关学科和领域的优秀青年才俊加盟。

申请条件(符合以下条件之一):

1)具有海内外知名大学博士学位;

2)具有海内外知名高校、科研机构、企业研发机构等从事科研工作的经历;

3)海内外优秀博士后。

We sincerely invite excellent young scholars in the Chinese mainland and abroad working in the disciplines and fields of information and communication engineering, electronic science andtechnology, etc., to join this forum.

Requirements (any 1 in 3):

1)A doctoral degree from the renowned universities

2)Research experience in renowned universities, research institutions, or R&D department of the companies

3)Excellent post-doctoral researchers

有意参会者请于2022年11月4日前通过邮件提交申请至 xyshe@shu.edu.cn,请注明“2022年国际青年学者论坛”。申请材料包括报名表(请下载附件)与个人简历。

学校对申请人进行资格审核后,于2022年11月11日前通过邮件向审核通过人员发送正式邀请函。

For those who are interested in attending the forum, please complete the submission with the documents by email to xyshe@shu.edu.cn beforeNovember4, 2022. Please include "2022 International Young Scholars Forum" in the subject of email. The submission documents includes the registration form (please download the attachment at the end of the article), resume and abstract.

After the review process, an official invitation letter will be sent to the approved applicant’s email beforeNovember11, 2022.
